HGH Supplements

HGH Resources

According to Sytropin manufacturers, they produce a revolutionary supplement that is supposed to increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and decrease your weight.

As a dietary supplement, Sytropin is not regulated by the FDA. It does not need a prescription and you do not need to see a doctor.

Sytropin is an oral HGH spray, which makes it different from many of the other HGH supplements on the market. Because it is a spray, the active ingredients are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream avoiding the stomach all together. When these ingredients are released into the bloodstream, the pituitary gland will increase production of HGH.

There are a number of HGH supplements that can be purchased legally. Sytropin is one of those HGH supplements, but it is unique in that it is an oral spray.

According to a recent report in the Chicago Tribune the number of US teens that are using synthetic HGH has more than doubled from 2012 to 2013.

Increasing your HGH levels has a real benefit to your overall health and well being. HGH or human growth hormone is produced in the pituitary gland and it is responsible for many things in your body, including growth, lean muscle mass, etc. Read more on HGH benefits here.

Amino acids are important to our bodies – they are the building blocks of protein. Your body uses them to build many different kinds of essential compounds. Some amino acids are more common than others and play more important roles. L-Ornithine is one of those. Ornithine is key for removing waste from the body.

The physicians that specialize in diagnosing and treating HGH deficiency in adults are called internal endocrinologists. There are a number of tests that can be used to assess whether there is an adult HGH deficiency.

On the market are numerous HGH supplements manufactured by a number of different companies.

9 Health Strategies to Keep Cancer at Bay

Gary Stoner, Ph.D., who is a professor of emeritus of hematology and oncology at the Ohio State University medical center can be found in the lab feeding polyphenols to rodents. Polyphenols come from seaweed and he is discovering how polyphenols can shrink cancer tumors.

He’s just one of many researchers who are working diligently to find new weapons to battle cancer with. Some spend their days studying mice while others study humans, while others review the existing theories in hopes of finding something that was missed.

Stop Cancer

All these undertakings, including the seaweed included are bad for cancer and good for you. But of course, none of them are going to help the person who gets a cancer diagnosis today. However, there are some things you can do to keep cancer at bay – in fact, let’s look at 9 health strategies you can engage in to keep the Big C away.

#1 Eat Plenty of Blueberries

Rutgers University researchers have found that blueberries contain a compound called pterostilbene  that has properties to fight colon cancer. During this research rats with colon cancer were given a diet that had been supplemented with pterostilbene. After 8 weeks of this supplement they had 57% fewer pre-cancerous lesions than rats that didn’t receive it.

Eating blueberries gives you the same benefit as well as the benefits of tons of Vitamin C. New England Research Institute scientists did a study of 42,340 men, and what they learned was that the men with the highest dietary vitamin C intake were 50% percent less likely to develop pre-malignant oral lesions than those men with less Vitamin C.

Two servings daily is what researchers are recommending. Pour 1 to 2 cups of blueberries over cereal, plus 8 ounces of juice and half a grapefruit (for extra vitamin C), or you can spread it out over the day.

#2 Drink Pomegranate Juice

Pomegranate not only tastes delicious it banishes the cancer risk. The  deep red juice of the pomegranate contains polyphenols, ellagic acid and isoflavones. These are elements that researchers think create a very potent anticancer combo. Science has shown these compounds delay prostate cancer growth in mice. They also stabilize PSA levels in those men who have been treated for prostate cancer.

University of Wisconsin at Madison researchers found pomegranate also inhibits the growth of lung-cancer. If you smoke now, have smoked in the past, or exposed to smokey environments like pollution, pomegranate juice can increase your defenses.

#3 Learn to Relax

According to Purdue University where researchers followed 1,600 men over a 12 year period, 50% of those participants that had increasing levels of anxiety and worry, died during the period of the study. But just 20% of optimists died during the study. 34% of neurotic men died from some form of cancer. Neurotic can be defined as those with extreme anxiety/worry.

If you want to learn how to slow down and worry less, spend your time in the present moment. The more you do this the more relaxed you will become. Too many of us tend to worry about what’s happening in the future, which is completely out of our control. Focusing on the moment can reduce stress.

#4 Spend More Time Outside

Scientists have found Vitamin D is a powerful cancer fighter. They have known this for decades, but it wasn’t until just recently that they had the study to prove it. A 4 year study at Creighton University that was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition discovered that those women who took 1,000 international units of Vitamin D daily had a 60-77% lower incidence of cancer than the women who took the placebo. Male or female, Vitamin D is necessary for the immune system to function at its best and to kill cancer cells early.

The sun is the best place to get your Vitamin D, but that’s not always possible and so a diet rich in Vitamin D and/or a supplement is a great way to make sure you are getting adequate Vitamin D.

#5 Take Selenium

For a very long time it has been believed that selenium was a cancer fighter, but with selenium you can have too much. At least that’s according to David J. Waters, Ph.D., D.V.M., the director of the Gerald P. Murphy Cancer Foundation, which is located in West Lafayette, Indiana, where a study involving nearly 1,000 men took place. According to the results of that study, which were published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, those men with the lowest levels of selenium at the start of the study received a daily supplement for 4 ½ years, and their prostate-cancer risk was cut by a whopping 92%. But the men who started out with already high levels of selenium in their bodies saw an 88% increase in their overall cancer risk when they took the selenium supplements. Selenium is definitely important.

#6 Eat Sushi

Seaweed is being used to fight cancer in some research. We mentioned the polyphenols earlier. These polyphenols were found in the brown seaweed that was given to mice that had been highly exposed to UV rays, and their rate of skin tumors dropped 60%. In addition, the polyphenols shrank existing tumors by 43%. It takes only a couple of teaspoons to get the full benefit of these polyphenols so just add a few sushi rolls to your weekly diet or take a supplement.

#7 Get Physical

A number of studies have shown the same thing – exercise is a powerful cancer beater. Research from Norway just recently discovered that even a very tiny amount of exercise still has big benefits. A study with 29,110 men was published in the International Journal of Cancer last year and it showed men who exercised only once a week still had a 30% lower risk of metastatic prostate cancer than men who never worked out. As the duration, frequency and intensity increased so did the reduction in risk. All you have to do is get active once a week to decrease your risk of cancer – of course more is better.

#8 Purify Your Air

Recent research has shown that second-hand smoke is even worse that what we initially thought. A recent study shows nonsmokers who work in smoky places had 3x more NNK in their urine, which is a carcinogen, than those in smoke-environments. The levels of NNK rose 6% for each hour worked. It was determined there is no safe level of second-hand smoke.

Nine states have banned smoking in the workplace: Rhode Island, Arizona, Washington, Delaware, Ohio, Hawaii, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York. Do whatever you have to do to ensure you are not working in an environment with second-hand smoke.

#9 HGH Supplement

Some studies in addition to the many benefits of HGH and one of those benefits is a reduced risk of cancer. That HGH gives the body a protective factor. While more research needs to be done, we do know that HGH can help improve the immune system and so it would make sense that it would have the potential to protect against cancer. In addition, HGH supplements like Genf20 Plus, Sytropin, Hypergh 14x and Genfx are also believed to have anti aging properties.

Cancer is a serious concern in our modern day world and everything you can do to protect yourself is worth doing.
